Customer Support Executive
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Associate. The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing desktop technical support and troubleshooting. They will be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to diagnose technical issues, working with customers to provide excellent customer support, and managing technical issues within a ticketing system.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with Internal team via phone, email for ensuring the workflows.
Provide knowledgeable answers to their queries
Work with internal departments to solve customers needs
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Must have hands-on experience in Excel
Must have completed Graduation
Working in the Banking sector is an advantage
Must have knowledge of working on some ticketing tool
